All accommodation is offered subject to availability at the time of the receipt of your deposit and at the tariffs applicable to the booked season.
Rooms are to be used by the booked persons only. Rooms must be vacated by 10:30 a. m. on the day of the departure. Occasionally it is possible to leave your luggage on the premises until later in the day.
The proprietors reserve the right to amend or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person who is part of that contract cause any damage to the wellbeing, safety or comfort of other guests, proprietors or the building. Any damages caused will be charged to either the payment card used for the initial booking or cash from the guest. We will not hesitate to involve the small claims courts. Lost keys are also regarded as “damage”.
All rooms are NON SMOKING! We do apologise for inconvenience caused. We expect our guest to respect and support us in this matter. Guests caught smoking will be charged with £50 cleaning fee.
The guests are welcome to eat take away food in the dining room but NO FOOD AND ALCOHOL DRINKS allowed in the guest rooms.
For payments by Debit /Credit Card we will charge a processing fee of £1.00. Cheques must be at our disposal at least 7 working days before your arrival. Cash Accounts are best paid on arrival.
In the event of any booking cancelation shorter than 7 days before the date of arrival the person whose name was on the email, deposit letter or booking form will be liable to pay the full cost for the reservation.
When booking a reservation you are entering into a mutual legally binding contract.
